Santrampur

Santrampur mandal in Mahisagar district, Gujarat, comprised 153 revenue villages and 89 gram panchayats at the 2011 Census. The population was 246,229 across 43,461 households with a literacy rate of 57.4% and a sex ratio of 957. The mandal recorded 123,096 workers, of whom 43,477 were cultivators and 10,039 were agricultural laborers. Notably, Santrampur achieved universal JJM tap water coverage at 100%.
