Tuting is a mandal in Upper Siang district, Arunachal Pradesh, comprising 19 revenue villages and 9 gram panchayats. According to Census 2011, the mandal had a population of 2,973 spread across 600 households, with a literacy rate of 45.9% and a sex ratio of 895. Of the 1,253 workers, 480 were cultivators and 19 were agricultural labourers. As of the survey period, 96.2% of households had access to JJM tap water. Major villages include Pekong, Ningging, and Panggo.
